The Role

Scale our influencer + affiliate revenue engine across TikTok Shop, Shopify Collabs, Meta/YouTube Shopping, and partner networks. You’ll build a high-velocity creator pipeline, negotiate smart deals (usage/whitelisting), script content that converts, and prove impact with airtight attribution. This is a hands-on operator role inside a performance-driven brand.

SCOPE of WORK

  • Pipeline & Seeding at Scale

    • Source and qualify creators across tiers; manage a high-throughput pipeline from outreach → gifting → first post → renewal.

    • Run seeding programs with clear post-rate and content-yield targets; optimize lists by niche, creative style, and historical ROI.

  • Affiliate Program Growth

    • Launch/own commission ladders and promo mechanics across Meta Partnerships, TikTok Shop, Shopify Collabs, YouTube Shopping, Amazon Influencer

    • Maintain clean tracking (UTMs, codes, storefronts), reconcile payouts, and report weekly attributable GMV.

  • Creative Direction & Scripting

    • Write hooks, briefs, and talking points for creators and help script founder content.

    • Negotiate usage rights, whitelisting/Spark Ads, and exclusivity when justified by performance.

  • Measurement & Optimization

    • Track GMV, CPA vs target, ROAS, post-rate from gifting, content pieces/week, time-to-first-post, renewal rate, halo to DTC/Amazon.

    • Identify underperformers quickly; deploy turnarounds (new briefs, new offers, different hooks, alternative creators).

  • Cross-Functional Ops

    • Partner with Paid (to whitelist best creators, boost winners), Content (asset library & edits), CS (creator support), and Ops (inventory for seeding).

    • Run a weekly scorecard and test plan; present insights and next actions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in influencer/affiliate roles with owned revenue targets.

  • Proven wins on TikTok/IG/YouTube and social commerce (TikTok Shop, Amazon Influencer, Shopify Collabs).

  • Contracting & negotiation chops (usage, whitelisting/partnerships, term, exclusivity).

  • Strong writing for scripts/briefs; taste for premium beauty aesthetics.

  • Analytical rigor; you live in dashboards and move fast on signals.

  • Compliance savvy (FTC disclosures, platform policies).

Tools

Shopify, TikTok Shop, Influencer tools such as Euka/Aspire, GA4, Shopify Analytics, Triple Whale/Northbeam, Notion, Looker/Data Studio.

KPIs

  • Attributable GMV by channel (TikTok Shop/Amazon/Collabs) and CPA vs target

  • Creator output: posts/week, content pieces/week, % content approved for ads

  • Seeding metrics: outreach volume, post-rate from gifting, time-to-first-post, renewal rate

  • Deal quality: % with usage/whitelisting rights, cost per video/post, content library growth

  • Halo impact: incremental lift to DTC/Amazon (as measured in weekly scorecard)

Compensation

Competitive base + performance bonus tied to attributable GMV/CPA and renewal rate; product stipend.
