Paid Media Manager

Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our growing team and work closely with our Director of Performance in driving profitable growth across digital channels for our in house beauty brand, Peta Jane Beauty. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performance team scaling a fast-growing beauty brand with a strong community and loyal customer base. You’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing paid campaigns, building data-driven strategies, and collaborating with our in-house creative team to bring performance insights to life through content that converts.

Created by Peta Murgatroyd, TV personality & pro dancer, PJB offers easy-to-use at-home tanning products that provide a natural looking tan. With a mission to promote self-confidence, Peta Jane tanners deliver a beautiful natural color. Made in the USA with organically derived ingredients, PJB will give you a radiant, sun-kissed glow without the harmful effects of UV damage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google/ YouTube, Etc.

  • Develop and implement structured creative testing

  • Manage and scale monthly ad spend efficiently to achieve growth targets

  • Monitor performance daily, prepare weekly/monthly reporting, and track against OKRs.

  • Optimize campaigns continuously to hit CAC and ROAS goals

  • Collaborate closely with creative team on creative strategy and analytics

  • Provide proactive strategic recommendations for improving acquisition and retention

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.

  • Proven ability to profitably scale Paid Media accounts, especially for ecommerce brands

  • Highly analytical and able to dig into performance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for creative teams

  • Comfortable with Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio or something similar to build and interpret performance reports.)

  • Experience with analytics tools such as triple whale, google analytics

  • Strong knowledge of attribution, tracking, and performance marketing metrics.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, growth, eCom).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights.

  • A proactive mindset with ownership mentality.

  • Previously experience working with a beauty brand is a plus but not a requirement.
